Exclusive villa buyout
The full three-bedroom villa, lawn and common areas are yours for the duration. No other guests, no shared spaces.
For companies
Hand your team a whole villa with valley views, a lawn for sessions, home-cooked meals and a bonfire to close the day.
Three hours from Pune and five from Mumbai, Shalgar Villa gives a team something a conference hall never will: a quiet valley, no distractions, and a host who feeds everyone on time. We block the entire property for your group, so the lawn, dining hall, verandah and parking belong to you from check-in to check-out.

The full three-bedroom villa, lawn and common areas are yours for the duration. No other guests, no shared spaces.
The dining hall and covered verandah take a projector, whiteboard and a circle of chairs. Power backup and extension points are in place.
Breakfast, thali lunch, evening chai with bhajji and a barbecue dinner, timed around your agenda rather than a hotel buffet schedule.

The drive up the Kaas ghat resets people before the first session even starts. Mobile signal thins out, laptops close earlier, and conversations that never happen in the office happen on the lawn. Groups routinely tell us the second evening around the bonfire produced more clarity than the whole first day of slides.

Arrive by late morning, settle in over chai, run the working session until the light goes, then move outdoors for barbecue and bonfire. Day two starts with an early Kaas Plateau or Kaas Lake walk, breakfast on return, one closing session, and a lunch thali before the drive home.

Parking for cars, tempo travellers and small buses at the gate. Bedding configured to your rooming list. Vegetarian, Jain and non-vegetarian counts noted in advance. Local cab support for the station or airport run when needed.
