Using this website

  • This website is operated by Shalgar Villa – The Home Stay, Petri, Kaas Road, Satara, Maharashtra.
  • Rates, photographs and availability shown here are indicative and may change without notice.
  • A booking request is not a confirmation until we accept it and the advance is received.

Rates & taxes

  • Tariffs are per night, for the room, and include breakfast unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable GST is included in the amount shown at the time of booking.
  • Food, barbecue, extra beds and activities are charged separately as listed.

Our right to decline

  • We may decline or cancel a booking in case of misrepresentation, unruly behaviour or non-compliance with house rules; in such cases no refund is due.
  • We may reallocate a room of equal or better standard if maintenance requires it.

Liability & law

  • Guests use the garden, slope, water bodies, fireplace and activity equipment at their own risk.
  • Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the stay.
  • These terms are governed by Indian law; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Satara, Maharashtra.
